During this program, we explore relaxation, emotions, mindfulness and yoga with children. Learning to be aware of and manage emotions in a way that is fun and meaningful is so important in life for all ages, and is a very nice way to spend time connecting with your children. Please note no program Oct 12.
All participants (parents and children) must be registered in the program to attend. Due to the limited numbers of participants, ONLY ONE caregiver/parent may accompany the children.
