If you are a new mom, looking for an opportunity to connect with other new moms, this program is for you! Topics related to motherhood, health, child development, and relationships and babies will be discussed. This program is in partnership with Alberta Health Services. This program offers facilitated discussions in a safe, relaxed, and supportive learning environment. Please bring a blanket to place your baby on during the program.
