Developing Good Bedtime Routines: The Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) aims to foster strong parent-child relationships by empowering parents with tips, tools and strategies that encourage appropriate behaviour in their children. This program is aimed at parents of children birth to 12 years, although many of the techniques are recommended from age 2 and up. Registration Required.
This workshop explores different problems parents commonly face at bedtime and some of the reasons why they happen. The skills children need to get into a good bedtime routine are then discussed and parents are introduced to positive parenting strategies to help them prevent problems and develop a plan to deal with any problems that do happen at bedtime or during the night.
