Effective Co-Parenting

Parents of children and youth 0-18 years

Separation and divorce can be difficult for you and your children. This program is designed to offer skills, strategies, resources and support during and after separation and divorce. You will learn how children understand and deal with separation at every stage of their lives and how best to support them through these stages. We will also teach strategies to improve communication with your co-parent and how to better take care of yourself. This is not a therapy based program.

Emails will be sent out weekly to new participants with zoom invitation information. If new participants of the program register on the same day of the program, there is no guarantee of receiving the Zoom link in time for that day’s program. Internet-Based Program Policy for Participants
