This program will provide a variety of fun activities to make the Mind-Body Connection. Stretch yourself literally with a combination of physical activities, puzzles, mysteries and other brain exercises, along with mindfulness activities to help you learn to be calmer and reduce stress as it arises. These weeks will help you develop your mind-body connection to increase health, decrease stress and have fun doing it.
