Join us for an hour of destressing with yoga and mindfulness. It is empowering for families to practice relaxing together. This program is for parents and children from 6-12. We will be exploring beginner, and child-friendly Hatha poses along with breathing techniques for all ages. We hope that this hour gives you tools to help you destress at home with your children and create stronger connections.
