Come and join us for a night full of art, creativity and mindfulness where we will be exploring various art mediums to celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and artistic individuality. Not only will each session include an art project, but we will also explore mindfulness activities that you can use to help manage strong emotions and difficult situations. Increase your appreciation of the world around you, no matter your circumstances. These projects may get a bit messy, so please wear suitable clothing and don’t forget to invite a friend! This program is open for all levels and abilities because art doesn’t judge, it just is.
