CHILD & YOUTH
The Child and Youth Program is aimed at school-age children to help them develop social skills such as problem solving, friendship building, effective communication, feelings and anger management, and self-esteem building.
Programs are offered at designated schools during school hours and run weekly for 6 - 8 weeks. Most program curriculums are flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs of the students.
FREE HALF-DAY SPRING BREAK CAMPS!
Here they are! Our annual spring break camps for elementary school students. Children ages 6 to 12 are invited to participate in a FREE* half-day camp running out of our Knottwood location. Each day we will explore different themed activities along with our Kids With Confidence Social Skills Curriculum. The program emphasizes social-emotional development including problem solving, sharing, coping with feelings, and leadership skills. Children will participate in developmentally appropriate fun and interactive activities, crafts, and games. There will be an opportunity each week to get outside and enjoy outdoor activities (weather permitting). Children will be provided a snack each day.
